The Healthfirst Cares App is a digital assistant that gives tailored guidance and useful insights into the daily lives of people living with diabetes. The app gives real-time digital coaching to help handle diabetes, support healthy eating habits, and reach personal fitness goals.

The Healthfirst Cares App has added a new Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) feature that helps users reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Registering for the app is now easier with a simplified registration process. With these new features, the Healthfirst Cares App is the best way to prevent and manage diabetes.
